- Withdrawal to Same Method: jte999 requires that withdrawal requests be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure payment trail integrity.

Account Suspension & Closure
jte999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company determines that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jte999 will aim to complete its review within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the player via their registered contact details. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, full account access will be restored and any withheld funds will be released without deduction.
Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed terms violation, jte999 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining account balance, pending bonus credits, and unsettled bet winnings. jte999 is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation of the evidence underlying a closure decision where doing so would compromise the confidentiality of its security systems.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jte999 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining withdrawable cash balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus credits are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
